What VatFly is

VatFly prepares Georgian tax declarations from a business's bank statements. The browser extension fills a declaration prepared in VatFly into the form on decl.rs.ge, the Revenue Service of Georgia declarations site, while the user is logged in there. VatFly is not affiliated with the Revenue Service of Georgia.

Data the web app stores

• Account: name, email address, password hash.
• Business: name, taxpayer identification number, tax regime, VAT status, number of employees.
• Bank statements you upload: transaction date, amount, currency, counterparty, counterparty account and tax ID, and description.
• Declarations: computed lines, filing status, and the rs.ge registration number reported by the extension.
• Extension pairing codes, stored only as a one-way hash.

When AI categorisation is enabled, uncertain transactions (date, amount, counterparty, description) are sent to Anthropic's API to suggest a category. They are not used to train models.

What the extension does

• It runs only on decl.rs.ge, the VatFly demo page, and VatFly's own app pages. On decl.rs.ge it reads the taxpayer ID shown in the page header and the declaration form, opens the declaration you prepared when you start it, and fills it. On VatFly's pages it only notes which prepared declaration you chose to open.
• It sends that taxpayer ID to VatFly to fetch declarations you prepared, and after you send a declaration, sends the declaration's rs.ge registration number back to VatFly.
• It fills form fields when you press “შევსება” (fill). It never presses save or send on rs.ge.
• It stores your pairing code in the browser's extension storage. It never reads, stores or transmits your rs.ge username, password or SMS codes.
• It does not track browsing, does not run on other sites, and does not load remote code.

Sharing

We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Data is processed by our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Neon) and, for AI categorisation, Anthropic, only to run the service.

Your choices

You can delete all statements, transactions and filing history in Settings. To delete your account or revoke all extension pairing codes, write to the developer contact address shown on the extension's Chrome Web Store page.
